"Beautiful inside, but I expected more"
Radio City really is a gorgeous building, and for me, that was the best part of the visit. The art deco details, the lighting, and all the old-school touches are impressive in person, and I can see why people make a point to stop by.
That said, the whole experience felt a little thin to me. I was hoping for more stories about the history and architecture, but it came across as basic and a bit rushed. I’m glad I saw it once, but personally, I didn’t feel like it fully lived up to the price.

"Usher was really helpful, I think"
Usher helped me out really quickly and made the whole thing stress-free. I wasn’t sure at first if I was overthinking it, but it was an easy experience.

"My room got warm really fast..."
My room got warm really fast, but then the heat felt uneven the rest of the evening, so it never stayed comfortable. I mentioned it, but it felt like one of those policy loopholes where it technically doesn’t count as a real issue unless something is completely broken. Frustrating when you’re just trying to relax...

"Good sightlines, but finding things took too long"
The site worked fine overall, and the sightlines info was actually helpful. I just got a little impatient because it took me longer than it should have to find what I was looking for

"Honestly, the seats were surprisingly comfy"
I sat in these for hours and was expecting to get uncomfortable at some point, but I felt totally fine the whole time. Definitely happy with them.

"Pretty good overall, but not perfect"
I used Radio City Music Hall for a while and it was decent for finding radio stations. The site did what I needed it to do, and most pages loaded without any major issues, so I can’t really complain too much there.
Leaving the site was also easier than I expected, which I appreciated. The steps were fairly clear and there weren’t any shady hidden hoops, but it did take me a minute to spot the right button. Good experience overall, just a little room for improvement.

"Am I the only one who..."
Am I the only one who felt like the acoustics were kinda weird? The sound just didn’t come through clearly, and it made the whole experience feel a bit off.

"Seat map didn’t match what I actually got"
I picked out specific seats and thought everything was set, but right after I paid, the booking showed completely different seats. I tried to get it fixed, but support just kept telling me it was a “system issue” without really helping. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d use them for tickets again.

"Pretty good legroom overall"
I booked through radiocity.com the legroom was better than I expected. I’m not super tall or anything, but I still had enough space to sit comfortably. The only downside was it felt a little tight once the seat in front reclined. Other than that, it was a good trip.

"Finally, a stream that didn’t drive me nuts"
I watched a show on radiocity.com the quality was really good. The sound was clear, the stream stayed smooth, and there weren’t any random breaks or annoying glitches for once. I’ve dealt with way too many messy streams before, so it was actually a relief to just watch without getting irritated. Happy with it.

"Cool venue, but did the vibe feel off to anyone else?"
The place itself looks really nice, so I was kind of expecting a better overall vibe. But it felt crowded and a little cold to me, and the staff seemed like they were in a rush the whole time. I had a hard time actually relaxing before the show, which was disappointing. Maybe it was just that night, but I expected more of a fun buzz, you know?

"Friendly staff and a easy experience"
The staff were really friendly and made the whole thing feel comfortable, which I appreciated. It did take a little while to get everything sorted, but they kept me updated and I got the receipt/email afterward without any trouble. Overall, I was happy with the experience.

The bathroom was clean enough and they had soap, which I always appreciate!! It was a little wet around the sinks, but nothing too bad!!! Overall, decent experience!!

"Pretty smooth with my screen reader"
I use a screen reader, and Radio City Music Hall was easy to navigate. The buttons and menus were clear for the most part, and I didn’t feel like I had to wrestle with the site the way I do on some others. It’s always nice when accessibility feels like it was actually considered. Overall, it was a smooth experience

Radiocity was fine overall, but I did feel like some of the policy info was a little hard to follow. I had to read a few sections more than once before it really made sense, and you kind of expect that stuff to be more straightforward. It wasn’t a bad experience, but the wording could definitely be clearer for everyday users.

"Maybe I misread it, but the location felt inconvenient"
The site itself was alright, but I couldn’t tell if the location info was just unclear or if I was overthinking it. Getting there seemed like it might be kind of a hassle, especially not living nearby. I also wasn’t totally sure about parking or what was around the area, which didn’t help. Maybe locals would find it easy enough, but for me it didn’t feel very convenient.

"Box office was alright"
I got my tickets through the box office and it did the job, but the line felt like it was moving slowly. The staff was okay, not rude or anything, just not especially warm. I got what I needed in the end, but it just felt.....

"Surprisingly clean for a busy venue"
I went here for a show and was impressed with how clean it was overall. The floors, seats, and bathrooms were in decent shape, especially considering how many people were there. The bathroom line got a little chaotic toward the end, but it seemed like the staff were doing their best to keep things moving and tidy. It wasn’t perfect, but it was definitely better than a lot of larger venues I’ve been to...

"Surprisingly easy to enter"
I wasn’t really expecting much, but Radiocity.com was actually easy to use. The entry process only took a minute or two, and I didn’t have to hunt around the site to figure out what to do. Everything loaded okay on my end too. I guess it’s nice when a site just lets you get in and out without turning it into a whole thing.
